Bone loss occurs in the body over time, there are multiple factors that cause the bone to demineralise. With age we lose bone density and get a more hunchback appearance, as well as increasing our risk to bone fractures.

Who Is responsible?

I recently lost a very close friend (33) and her son (8) to the most horrific accident on Athlone Bridge in Durban. The person responsible for this horrific dead was blind drunk out of his mind.

We all know about the most common type of body language, the one between people. The signs we see when things are not working or the sign to make that move. But what about the signs our body uses when trying to tell us to slow down or take it easy. We so often punish our bodies and push them to the limit without even realising the toll it takes.

“Why am I doing this?” is a question I keep asking myself.  “What are you going to do with it when you are finished?” is what everyone keeps asking me.  Mostly I answer that I don’t really know but that is not completely true.
